How it works

The heat source prepares warm water that manifolds distribute to underfloor loops or radiators. Each room receives as much heat as it loses – which requires a heat-loss calculation, hydraulic balancing and zone control.

Underfloor heating runs at low temperature and suits heat pumps best. Radiators react faster and suit renovations. They are often combined.
