How quickly can you come out?
For faults we set the priority from your description: no heating in winter or a gas smell goes first. Planned installations are scheduled after the site visit and your approval of the quote.
Do you work outside Vilnius?
Yes. Our office is in Vilnius and we work across Lithuania – installation, commissioning and annual maintenance.
How is the price formed?
Each service page shows a starting price. The exact price comes after the engineer reviews your house: heat loss, electrical supply, routes and equipment. You see every version of the quote with explanations and approve it online.
Will a heat pump work in an older house?
Often yes, if the heat demand and emitters are checked first. Our calculators give a first estimate; the engineer confirms it – we do not size by square metres only.
Do you handle documents and permits?
Yes – for gas connections and system projects we prepare the documentation and coordinate with the distribution operator. The process and timing are shown step by step.
What happens after installation?
You get an equipment passport with the model, serial number, warranty and service history, reminders at the real service interval, and fault reporting with an online status.
